The analysis of
real estate involves several factors, many of which are outside
the subject property. Consequently, an appraiser or broker
is only as good as his or her access to necessary demographic
and market data, as well as other reference materials.
Kunkel &
Associates maintains a full library of zoning
maps/ordinances, Federal Emergency Management Agency flood
insurance rate maps, census tract locators, as well as a full
library of text books, publications, and newsletters published
by the Appraisal Institute, the Urban Land Institute and other
