Appraisal assignments completed for mortgage loan, estate
valuation, foreclosure, real estate tax protests, asset valuation,
and subdivision analysis as well as mortgage portfolio acquisitions
and default servicing.
Managed portfolio of mid-market commercial real estate loans
and provided technical assistance for production and underwriting
departments of national lender. Reviewed real estate appraisals
of commercial properties throughout the United States. Advocated
for the Cook County Assessor in resolution of ad valorem tax
disputes.
